THINGS TO NOTE: ◦ Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads capable but go slow ◦ Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage ◦ Outdoor Surveillance: We have 1 outdoor front door camera, facing driveway. There are no cameras anywhere else inside or on the property. ◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. Please keep all doors closed when not in use to prevent critters from coming inside. RULES: ◦ NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1,000 fine. ◦ GARBAGE: All trash must be bagged when placed in the outdoor bins. No loose trash in bins is permitted. There is no recycling or compost. ◦ SMOKING POLICY: No smoking inside the house or on the property. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees. ◦ SEPTIC SYSTEM: Please avoid food scraps in the garbage disposal and only flush human waste down the toilet. ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: By using the hot tub, you acknowledge that it is a potential hazard and you assume all risks associated with its use, including the possibility of injury from slipping, falling, or exposure to high water temperatures. You agree to follow all posted safety rules, including checking water temperature before entering, showering before use, and not allowing children to use the hot tub without adult supervision. Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un-permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5,000 violation and production fee.

You'll have the entire home and 5 acre property for your group. It'll be private and tranquil.
